Jomtien's best corner apartment, directly on the beach in View Talay 7. Very child-friendly with 2 bedrooms, and sleeping arrangements for 5 people. 1 large master bedroom with a King Size bed. 1 smaller bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed on top. Spring mattresses, childproof balcony, aircon in all rooms, very large swimming pool and direct access to the beach.

This apartment contains everything you need for a relaxing vacation: Fully equipped kitchen for the whole family, double sets of linen and many towels. Cleaning of the apartment can be ordered at any time.
 
The premises are fenced off and guarded 24 hours a day with great security. Fire protection is of a high standard, with stairway escape routes, sprinkler systems and fire alarms in every room.
 
All of our apartments in the View Talay buildings are located on the Jomtien side, which is the best side, with fantastic views and little noise.
 
Sunbed loungers are available for rent in the large pool area. There are numerous restaurants nearby, offering both Western and Thai food.

Standard
The same high standard is applied in all our apartments, only high quality products with great durability is chosen.
 
Rent
THB 96,000 per month (corresponding to THB 3200 per day). 
* Electric, water and internet is included in the price!
** We sometimes offer special rates for longer stays in Low Season. Feel free to ask about these.
*** 30% of the rental sum must be paid upon booking, the rest is due in cash upon checking into the apartment.
