There is no lack of tourist destinations in the Jomtien and Pattaya area, including water parks, floating markets, zoos, golf courses and gigantic tropical gardens. Jomtien Beach is one of Thailand's most popular beaches, and a perfect location for a vacation in Thailand.
The beach is located only 90 minutes from the international airport in Bangkok, and only 10 minutes by taxi away from the night life in downtown Pattaya. Jomtien is the quieter part of the greater Pattaya area. Jomtien Beach offers a lot of activities for both families and singles. The beach itself has nice, fine-grained sand and is perfectly suited for safe swimming. Among the most popular tourist destinations are Underwater World, Nong Nooch Botanical Garden, Pattaya Floating Market, Sanctuary of Truth, and Pattaya Park. There is an abundance of restaurants on Jomtien Beach, offering both European and Thai food. The Pattaya area has many great shopping malls and outdoor markets. The "bahtbus" taxi route to Pattaya goes right past View Talay 5D and 7. Jomtien Beach also has several night markets and an abundance of tailors close to the condo buildings. |
